The most important thing is that these codes emphasize the main job responsibilities of a professional. Most ethical issues arise when employees carry out their responsibilities unprofessionally or refuse to provide quality service (Resnick, 2011). Members of the IT Society are required by their code of ethics to prioritize integrity, IT continuity, conflicts of interest, honesty and competence. These make up the daily life of an IT professional. The code of ethics for all information workers highlights their responsibility to ensure that they have been given maximum access to resources and have not discriminated against anything or from anyone. Their main responsibility is to perform their tasks efficiently, quickly and competently and to inform clients of a possible conflict of interest. Finally, the code of ethics for professional journalists requires them to seek the truth and report only the truth. He then lists several possible flaws in which, in the course of their work, journalists can go astray or demonstrate some lack of professionalism. The first similarity therefore lies in the fact that all codes of conduct emphasize the ethical performance of work. The second important similarity is the emphasis on collaboration in work.
