  • Essay / Global warming is a myth - 771

Imagine this: your freezer breaks down. The temperature inside the freezer increases. The ice cubes begin to melt and turn into liquid. The freezer is starting to overflow from all the liquid from the ice cubes. Now imagine your freezer is Earth. What your freezer just experienced is similar to what is happening to the Earth during global warming. Those who believe in global warming warn that it causes a significant increase in the temperature of the Earth's atmosphere and oceans, but after doing a lot of research on the subject, I have discovered that the threat of global warming is false. If the temperature of Earth's atmosphere actually increased, we would see a significant increase in the melting of ice caps, just like the melting of ice cubes, but this is not happening. By claiming that global warming is happening, scientists are only exaggerating this fact. First of all, ice sheets around the world are not melting significantly, even though scientists exaggerate that they are. If global warming were real, many ice caps would melt and flood neighboring countries. There is no evidence of this happening. For example, the West Antarctic ice sheet has not started to melt. Even NASA scientists admitted to exaggeration when they said the West Antarctic ice sheet would melt and when they said sea levels were rising. After carefully studying the West Antarctic ice sheet, scientists and researchers found no evidence of significant melting. Those who claim that global warming is true are only exaggerating this fact. Second, the temperature on Earth has barely increased. The recent global average temperature does nothing to make people believe that global warming is occurring. Temperature records in the middle of a paper could trigger a global warming alert just to spread panic in the world. And besides, if someone really does that, they succeed. Just because a majority of people in the world believe global warming is not true. If you remember, in the 14th or 15th century, everyone on Earth believed that the earth was flat. Well, it turns out they were all wrong. So just because almost everyone, including many political leaders, believes in global warming doesn't mean it's true. So the next time you see someone panicking about global warming, you can tell them that global warming is just a scare and not to worry. In this way, the people of this world will not be fooled into worrying about something false. Instead, they can use more brain cells to work on real-world problems, such as world hunger and a cure for cancer..
