Developing leaders within my own community, which is the key to success for all and will ultimately lead to the achievement of a vision of high standards, including success of our students. Student success is the goal of my educational vision and through the leadership styles I have chosen. I include the Jesuit model in my leadership style where the pillars relate to success and strong leadership, align with my Catholic faith, and support a cohesive mission to lead others to eternal life in
