In general, macronutrient intake during these three days could be more balanced and specific in certain minerals. For the first day of my investigation, I consumed 1409 kcal, burned 1925 kcal, so 17 kcal remained. However, I ended that day without consuming more calories than I was supposed to, but I did consume more net carbs: 161.9g/142.6g. Additionally, I consumed less protein than necessary – 55.0g/89.1g. During my investigation, I found that on the first day I consumed the most vitamin B6 and the least vitamin D. In conclusion of this day, we can see that the calorie intake is in daily rate, but the net carbohydrates must be reduced.
