    1. Introduction: New wealth for the organization, companies are finding that talent is the company's treasure. In the 21st century, organizations face human capital challenges, also known as the “war for talent” (Ashton and Morton, L. 2005; McKinsey, 1990). As a valuable treasure, talents who can improve business performance and contribute to the business become the focus of attention, especially in a talent shortage environment. Cappelli (2008) notes that the rising star is worth fighting for. Exceptional talent is essential for companies to achieve competitive advantages (Iles et al., 2010). For a successful business, talented people play a central role. Thus, talent management is becoming more and more important for business success. The purpose of this article is to analyze personal experiences in the human resources department of China Merchants Bank (CMB) through a literature review. This article begins with a discussion of the definitions of talent and talent management. In the third part, the importance of talent management will be demonstrated. Fourth, this work will distinguish between human resource management and talent management. It will develop the fundamental processes of talent management. In the following sections, his theoretical arguments on talent management obstacles and criticisms are presented in the fifth section. Finally, the author's personal experience when he worked for China Merchants Bank will be analyzed.2.
