The theme of collaboration would end due to the voracious competition between brothers. If this decree were to be implemented, it would require a classification system. Malvern does not believe in an academic hierarchy because all students are considered equal. As the prestigious preparatory school that Malvern is, its mission is to not only prepare its students for college, but also to prepare them for the real world. In today's job market, collaboration and cooperation are necessary facets to success. When A's are rare, students will denounce their camaraderie among their peers and seek individual interest. Society needs citizens who are willing to prioritize the common good over their own personal intentions. The limitation would not only concern the student's grades. This will limit their future
