    Bullying is a very serious problem in our society today, especially in our schools. There are two different ways of bullying, direct and indirect bullying, the difference between the two is simple. Direct harassment consists of physical altercations, threatening and intimidating gestures. There are also levels of bullying, including mild, moderate and severe. Some mild examples are threatening with a weapon and inflicting bodily harm. A mild physical intimidation altercation may involve pushing, shoving and spitting. These are problems that a teacher might face in the future, he must be ready at all times in case of a bullying situation. People might wonder where bullying happens the most. This happens when children are unsupervised, such as when they leave school. Another major place where bullying occurs is during recess on the playgrounds. In high schools, bullying usually occurs in classrooms or hallways. We know for sure that bullying is the most common phenomenon at school. When looking at bullying in schools around the world, it is very important to address this situation to see how it affects students and, if so, find ways to address it. Bullying and students' academics have a direct correlation, if bullying stops it will lead to better grades among students and a better learning environment. Bullying is a bad phenomenon that only has bad side effects on both the bullies and the victim. First of all, we need to understand the characteristics of these two individuals. Bullies and victims have some similarities: they both suffer from symptoms of depression, have suicidal thoughts, both suffer from psychiatric problems, and they both come from difficult environments. Our top priority should be to resolve this issue. Bullying can be a huge problem that can affect the whole school if we don't deal with it. An important issue we need to address is the role of bystanders. These people watch these bullies commit their horrible acts and do not approach them and explain to them that the actions they are doing are wrong. We understand that this takes a lot of courage, but we must build a society where this is a common act. We need to let them know that they are doing just as much harm to the victim if they don't take action and look. In the near future, we hope to see many new plans to help put an end to this act. It is important that we consider this issue a top priority because we can save many children from difficulties and also have a positive impact on the grades of many students.
