As humans reflect on the meaning of their existence, they embark on a journey of transformation. This journey of transformation is a journey undertaken to discover the true meaning of oneself, where the destination, or transformation, occurs when one completes one's journey. Each individual has a unique journey and destination toward transformation that helps shape who they are. However, there is much debate over whether the transformation journey is more about the transformation or the journey itself. Although transformation is the end result of who we are meant to be, the path that takes us there, the journey we undertake, as human beings, is the most influential aspect of the journey of transformation, as shown the ideas of action, devotion and knowledge. taken from extracts from the Bhagavad Gita. The Bhagavad Gita is the song of the god Krishna, created to spread his eternal message. The ancient Sanskrit text is a seven hundred verse text that tells readers that to achieve nirvana, or eternal peace, one must get rid of evil and sins, selfishness, greed and attractions. The Hindu god Krishna tells the Indian prince Arjuna that one must surrender to the will of the incarnate god to achieve nirvana. By surrendering to Krishna, they must get rid of their selfish nature. Krishna goes on to explain that although the body dies, "the soul never takes birth nor dies at any time nor does it reappear when the body is created...
