There is always something people don't know about a country, or something happens that you would never expect. Well, in Tibet it is, no one would expect such life-threatening events to happen. Tibet faces many different problems today. These issues range from disagreements over religion to people being beaten and killed for what they say or do. With all of these types of issues, there are a few specific violations that need to be addressed. Each of these human rights violations must be taken into consideration. Although many other violations take place in Tibet, the three that were chosen for research seem the most tragic. The staggering human rights violations witnessed in Tibet are getting progressively worse every year. Everyone should care about Tibet and its people because Tibetan people no longer have freedom of religion, freedom of speech and are also facing police brutality. In Tibet, the people were deprived of their own freedom to obtain the religion of their choice. , this being due to the fact that people are becoming more individualized. In 1989, Chinese authorities defied the Dalai Lama by denying any Tibetan culture or belief. The violations occurred systematically through the continuation of Chinese strategies aimed at erasing all Tibetan culture (China forces madness…). Human rights experts have been tasked with providing greater protection to ethnic groups (Ching). Some studies have shown that Tibetans choose not to practice any religion.
