    However, I know it is a learning process, with practice comes perfection and the more I evaluate, the better I get I will achieve it. The two things I could improve on are finding ways to provide feedback on someone who I think did a great job. This way I don't just say "Great job!" I think this is important because while it means I think they did a great job at the writer, it doesn't convey to them what I liked so they can continue that great work. Second, I feel like I need to work on providing feedback in a timely manner, since I often postpone my studies until the beginning of the week. My submission week usually starts on Tuesday and ends on Thursday with my journal assignment. Even though my peer won't receive my review until the following week, I think this is something I should start doing on Thursday rather than Wednesday.
