In today's workforce, there are more teenagers than ever before taking up arms at fast food chains . But many people think that it is not a good thing for a teenager to go to work right out of high school or even during it. This routine alone will instill things in children that they will carry with them throughout their lives. This is a big step for teenagers to recognize what life as an adult is like, these changes come with the good and bad sides of everyday working life. With this change from going to school/college to work, their lives will change drastically. Starting with the positive side of teenagers working while in school, it is true that they will begin to learn the basics of the stable adulthood they will inevitably have. A day. These are the things that many want to endure in life; some work from the start to eat/survive, others work to pay for a car or just to buy something they want to get. There are many reasons why adolescents already have the drive to work, and as some maintain this motivation and perform well, they begin to understand things in light of the experience of their parents or other family members. . They begin to recognize the value of a dollar, every dollar weighs on them (even if they spend it sporadically like crazy); They also begin to recognize and really think about how they spend their money, they make smarter choices. Along with these choices to earn the money they need, they also have to live with the results that occur with their work. The reason many people are against young high school workers is that they work long hours during the school year tend to perform worse academically and are more likely to be involved in a variety of problematic behaviors, including including delinquency... middle of paper...... Coming through the doors, they can balance a lot of things and maintain a job and education at the same time. If a student is both balanced and mature enough to take on a part-time job, they can benefit greatly.
