Help presents how when people of color come together and share their stories, change can happen for the better. This is evident later in the film when Skeeter tells Jackson and Aibileen about his job offer, in New York. The camera angle is a medium shot, at eye level, showing how much they respect each other, they hold hands, showing how they worked together to help change the community's perspective on “help”. This scene also represents how the Mississippi community came together to try to accept people in their differences. Even though Hilly's character doesn't change her thoughts and views on the black race throughout the film and still believes that she is inferior. Hilly lies to protect his own integrity: “this book is trash, I bet it was all made up by a nigger.” As she expresses this, there is a low camera angle to depict how she is now part of a minority and lies to try to protect herself and convince others that they are wrong. While the film Remember the Titans shows how the sport, football, managed to break down the barrier between black and white. After the Titans won the semifinal to advance to the big championships, it's clear that the community has changed and grown together. A great example of this is when Coach Boone goes home to his family, around him whites and blacks are cheering for him together, while eventually the whites realize that there is no need to discrimination against such a great coach. Finally, after the Titans win the championship, Coach Boone and Coach Yoast hold up the ball in victory, the lightning is bright and their hands are joined to present how they overcame their differences of racism and work together to achieve the best. Together, the two films succeeded in drawing viewers' attention to the important issue of racial discrimination in
