The conceptual framework of public enterprises: thinking critically, transforming practices and promoting justice. Three rudimentary beliefs that seem to be second nature to any good teacher, and which must be exposed because often, what is most looked at and surpassed is what is most necessary for functioning. Since the three strands of the conceptual framework were introduced during my first year, I thought these ideas were very basic and easy to incorporate into teaching without much effort. When a teacher takes the initiative to knowingly and naturally incorporate these three pillars into their classroom, only then will they be well on their way to becoming a master teacher. What is mental knowledge when you can't apply it? What good are academics when you can't make rational decisions? Why would you go to school if you don't aspire to knowledge? As a teacher, I want to instill in my children these desires and the abilities to succeed not only academically, but also as a whole person. I believe that the role of an elementary school teacher is not only to teach the “Three Rs” and “Four Ws,” but also to foster in children the desire to learn and the ability to make choices judicious. In our classrooms, we raise the leaders of tomorrow. If all they know is what 2+2 equals or how to spell "beautiful", will they really be the future we need and look forward to? Through the hard work of teachers fostering the success of their students and their ability to do good work and make good choices, we can see the world change dramatically! When we, as teachers, understand that our students need to know not only the what but also the how, we can help them develop their critical thinking skills in the middle of the sheet ......r how to measure speed d 'a roller coaster. These are our students and we are here to help them reach their full potential despite their ability level. A person's theory is part of their educational journey and it will never become concrete; it will constantly change. The quintessence of being a teacher is to be flexible, and how can anyone be truly flexible when their beliefs are as rigid and solid as a steel tower - who would dare the wind to bend it? The master teacher continually reflects and makes positive changes for his students. I want to be that master teacher. I want to be known as one of those teachers who thinks about their students and is known for their excellent work. Day by day I get closer to this model of perfection and I can only hope that one day I will truly have what it takes to be considered a master teacher..
