Finally, medical technologies such as minimally invasive surgeries, better monitoring systems and more comfortable scanning equipment allow patients to spend less time recovering and more time enjoying a healthy life. I chose the health information technology profession for many reasons, first of all: I love working in the medical field, especially with data and information. Reason two: Information technology is now the most popular career and fastest growing industry in the world, which is why there is still a significant demand for highly skilled workers.
