Leaders have been necessary since ancient times. First, their task was to protect their tribe, making sure their tribe always had food. Later, effective leadership helps defend their country while expanding national borders. Today, leadership makes a business successful and allows a nonprofit organization to achieve its mission. So every company, organization and, of course, every country has leaders who decide what is best for their company, their employees, etc. Furthermore, “the absence of leadership has equally dramatic effects.” (D. Quinn Mills, 2005) Due to lack of business leadership, organizations are likely moving too slowly in innovation, development and may ultimately get lost. Additionally, there are many books on organizations in which the emphasis is on decision-making, meaning that if your decision-making is timely, complete and correct, then everything will be fine. But the decision itself will not change anything. When a decision is made, an organization or business faces a problem such as how to get things done in a timely and efficient manner. “Implementation issues are really about how leaders influence behavior, change the course of events, and overcome resistance. » (D. Quinn Mills, 2005) In other words, leadership is very important when you want to implement a decision successfully. Being a leader is difficult because you have to know almost everything you can lead, have others listen to you and feel respect for the leader. Additionally, managers are one of the main stakeholders in the company, without them there would probably be chaos everywhere. StatementWe all know that every company has a main leader who is the head of the entire company, then the company is divided into smaller departments where each department has its head who has to report the work of his department to the head of the company from time to time. Additionally, we know that there are creative leaders in companies. So, in summarizing the data I looked at in my introduction, I discover what creativity is and what leadership is, as different parts. Later, I try to describe what creative leadership is and what the situation is for leaders in today's businesses, especially creative leaders. So, I asked myself the question: how do we understand creative leadership and why (if) we need these types of leaders in today's businesses? What is creative leadership and to what extent (it is important in today's businesses) in today's businesses?
