Nowadays, obesity is spreading to children due to the fast food industry targeting the younger audience. Fast food was created very cheaply and has been found to be one of the main causes of obesity. People are now consuming way too many calories and the calories they eat in fast food are all fat calories. All ingredients have no nutritional amount for the body. Fast food contains components very high in fat, which endangers the health of consumers. Salt, fat and sugar are available everywhere.
