Essay / The Importance of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy - 1847
We think certain things based on how we feel, and we feel a specific way because of what we envision. The fact is that everything intertwines to frame the overall customer experience (Farmer & Chapmen, 2016). We think that as a therapist we look at all three, but I also agree with Beck that it is imperative and important to change your plan in case it is deliberately one-sided. It is easy for a client with a problem to distort reality and I agree that this is what causes many problems in how individuals feel and how they view themselves (Farmer and Chapmen, 2016). Regarding Beck and depression, I think CBT is a perfect method to assess sadness and show the client what melancholy is.
