Homeschooling versus Public Schooling A constant debate exists over whether or not homeschooling works and, if it does, how it compares to 'public school. More parents should consider homeschooling their children rather than sending them to public school because of family values, religious views, refined social skills, and higher education opportunities. With time-consuming social and academic activities and intense pressures to excel in social cliques being the reason for deteriorating family relationships, public schooling poses a barrier to family relationships. In reality, the best way to get along with your family is to spend a lot of time with them. With more free, more flexible time and a greater focus on family, homeschooling offers great rewards in this area, are the beliefs of authors Amy and Frank Vahid. Author Lisa Rivero understands that because homeschooling parents spend more of the day with their children, homeschooling is harsh parenting. Even if parents and children initially have a healthy connection, additional time provides the opportunity to strengthen that connection and enjoy being together more. This will most likely lead to having to deal with difficult problems that would not normally be solved since they would normally arise in class. Homeschooling parents tend to be more engaged in their children's social lives than parents whose children are in school. Homeschooling will not miraculously repair the pitiful bonds between parents and children. Although this will provide a valuable opportunity to improve your talent as a parent and design the connection you desire to have with your children.
