Activity 1: EssayGood communication has the ability to avoid conflicts, as well as resolve them. However, there are many ways to resolve an ongoing conflict. It's always a good idea to distinguish between the conflict and the person involved. This means that you should not blame or make negative comments towards the person. The problem must be clearly stated and you must keep in mind that there is always some kind of positive intention behind people's actions, even if it is poorly expressed. Staying in touch with the person involved can prevent a rapid escalation of the ongoing conflict and trying to find a possible solution that suits both parties is always a great idea. Offering to do things (like making up for it) can also reduce the depth of the conflict.
