Indian Music:History:The history of Indian music is based on classical music as well as the art of music of their traditions which related to the sub- continent of Indian music. We find the origin of Indian music which is based on the Vedas, it is the popular place of Indian music from where traditional music was born. Indian music is in high demand all over the world and they promote their music internationally and use their traditions there. The word samaveda is derived from the word from Rig-Veda and the main purpose is to sing the hymns and these hymns are adapted in Indian dramas as well as in Bharat films and use their traditional music in front of their Gods and they promote their music from the beginning of schooling (Carter, 2012). Before the twenty centuries, Indian music was widespread throughout the world and had religious significance. In the beginning, music is used as an art and a way to present the gift in front of their gods, then music became a part of entertainment all over the world. In our view, music became an activity of entertainment and listening in its happy and sad modes, but Indians used music for religious purposes and accorded respect to their music in their own religion. All classes of music have importance among all classes of Indian music. Indians were deeply impressed by the sacred power of music and it was in this regard that classical music was born.
