IntroductionOrganizations and the management of employment relations are two complex aspects of our daily operating environment. Over the years it has become clear that times have changed greatly; in everyday life, we can easily see an increase in the number of women who have started working, across all divisions, globally. Yet despite their quest for high levels of education and professional skills, they still lag behind in the corporate world due to discrimination. Discrimination against women at work has different aspects: unequal pay, reduced skills, segregation in certain divisions and certain jobs, work-family balance as well as sexual harassment are just a few. some of the problems in question.
