    The act of balancing progression with conservation in third world countries takes some time. This should be the vision of all developing countries and it is not difficult to achieve it if all parties are willing to make efforts. It is certain that this process will not have an immediate effect amidst this rampant industrial development and economic progression in third world countries in the 21st century. (“The Economy Vs. Environment Debate”, nd) There seems to be a conflict between moving forward in terms of development and conservation. Our world has evolved rapidly over the past decade. This is because the Industrial Revolution took place towards the end of the 18th century, covering the beginning of the 19th century. (“The Economy Vs. Environment Debate,” n.d.) The Industrial Revolution involved new manufacturing processes and the transition from manual methods of production and handling to mechanized and automated methods using machines. The birth of machines and factories gave rise to mass production, which ultimately led to various environmental threats. (“The industrial revolution and its impact on our environment | Ecological issues”, nd). Other significant changes include the drastic conversion from an agrarian and rural society to an industrial society, the improvement of transportation systems with the invention of steam engines as well as the emergence of industrial materials in iron and textiles. The machines invented were more useful and the aid to many manufacturing processes led to a significant increase in the standard of living of certain levels of society. Apart from this, conserving the natural environment would increase the likelihood of foreign investors settling on their land. It is not at all necessary to make a choice between environmental conservation and the advancement of third world countries. With smart, sustainable policy, it is not impossible to simultaneously promote economic growth while ensuring environmental protection. Natural methods of improvisation are one of the best approaches to promoting economic progress while preserving the environment. A very striking example is the increase in temperature caused by factories which has made fish unable to survive. Moving the factory is not a smart idea as it would hamper economic growth and if local fishermen and farmers for the implementation of
