The reason is that in the military, for example, you work in a team, which means that as a commander you would be the leader of a team. In a team, members admire and rely on their leader. This means that you, as a leader, must have confidence in your own judgments and decision-making. Responsibility – Being responsible is important when you are a commander because as you move up the ranks, for example, moving from being a team member to being a commander. team leader or from private to lance corporal, your responsibilities intensify. You need to be able to take responsibility for your work, otherwise it can make you appear untrustworthy and lazy, as well as many other negative appearances.
