Not only were the prophets, apostles, and writers of the Bible inspired by the Holy Spirit in their words and actions, but it was not only the holy leaders of the Catholic Church who were inspired by the Holy Spirit when they chose which books to include in the biblical canon. But the Holy Spirit was present in every phase of the process. Every part of Scripture, down to its smallest details, was equally inspired by God, who is one of the main authors who moved the human author to write what he intended to write.
