After watching the three films Million Dollar Baby, In a world… and The other Boleyn Girl, my first impression was that these three films had many points in common. with each other. These films showed the simple fact that women were treated unfairly because of their gender. Women were not considered good enough compared to men to be accomplished and powerful. The movies Million Dollar Baby and In a World were more common because they show how women pursue a passion that they love doing and are good at, but it's usually the men who say you can't do this or the TO DO. that's because you're a woman. Maggie and Carol haven't let these stereotypical myths stop them from doing what they love to do. They actually proved men wrong by showing them that women aren't just going to sit back and be part of the standard that men created women to be. The movie The Other Boleyn Girl is more about how Anne and Mary are seen as King Henry's mistresses. and they are basically competing over who can give him a son. The king obviously believed that if he had a son, he would be able to lead and govern his empire better than a woman. That's why he continued to push for a son and he desperately did everything possible to have a son with every woman he could find. This shows how demeaning men are towards women in this film and the women in the film have to deal with it because people in higher power or just men in general usually have authority over women as a whole. However, Mary shows how she can manipulate and get King Henry and Henry Percy to do what she wants because her personality in the film was more direct and forceful. King Henry and Henry Percy couldn't help but notice how weak they became when it came to love and...... middle of paper ...... th steps to advance their future towards human equality. With this considerable development, I would not be surprised if more women than men reach important positions in companies in the next 35 years. We must realize that men and women think differently. They are two different species of people who have their own minds. One shouldn't be better than the other, but it's good to make a connection between these two genres. I think men will obviously be stronger than women when it comes to building their bodies. Especially if it involves sports. However, it's usually women who have the advantage when it comes to love, at least if they're the right ones. I'm a woman myself, so who am I to judge. The fact is that women are getting tougher and stronger and we are finally becoming equal to men to a point where it is acceptable to say that..
