How Teacher Leaders Connect and Manage Student Learning Teachers and teacher leaders are the centerpiece of student learning. Teachers provide a safe and active learning community that promotes respect, caring, sharing, responsibility and a love of learning. Teachers are responsible for ensuring that all students receive a quality education, regardless of race, background, or learning ability. The purpose of this interview is to elicit effective strategies for teachers that show how effective teachers are responsible for managing and monitoring student learning. In this interview, I asked four questions that support the delivery of effective teaching, as they relate to trends and issues related to managing and monitoring student learning. There are also answers to questions about strategies used to engage students in a disciplined environment. Additionally, teachers were asked to share their ideas on how they organized instruction to meet instructional needs. This interview will conclude with a question about individual students' progress strategies as a whole and independently. I will examine how teachers' responses support their demonstration of delivering effective teaching consistent with the National Board of Professional Teaching Standards' Core Proposition 3. This proposition is what effective teachers and teacher evaluators use to guide their evaluation of teacher connection. and teaching management techniques, to keep students motivated, engaged and focused. The teachers interviewed have taught and worked individually in this school system for over twenty years. They have knowledge of teaching in K-5 classrooms with teaching experience...... middle of article ...... and that these teacher leaders had teaching strategies and techniques similar teaching focused on student learning, motivation, and student engagement. These teachers provided quality teaching through careful planning and took into account each student's learning style. Lessons and teaching have been integrated throughout the curriculum. Teachers integrated technology to expose students to a variety of learning development concepts and tools, resulting in an equitable learning opportunity for all. Although learning is an essential element of effective teaching, I have found that teacher leaders have a strong structural framework for management, organization, and discipline. It is easy to see that teacher leaders succeed in teaching effectively, keeping students focused and tracking their progress, through clear goals and high expectations of all students..
