A lot of time will be dictated for some in college, it could be years before they accomplish what they want to do. This is why it is important for high schools to establish and teach students the skills they need and also choose a career they want to follow when they enter college. With all this help from high schools, I think students would have a better chance of succeeding in college because they would have all the skills they need learning them throughout high school. Aside from that, high schools should prepare students for college because they are at the beginning of their careers. It is clear that this is becoming an increasingly important issue because students need to be ready for what awaits them when they get to college and it is the job of high schools to prepare them.
