To understand expenditure and resource utilization, GAH will endeavor to maintain accurate financial and operational information, which would include monitoring systems cost accounting for clinical service lines. The major objective of this core competency will be to ensure that the healthcare organization will have the ability to analyze operational information to reduce unnecessary cost drivers by adopting improvement methodologies, e.g. Lean Six Sigma and thereby increasing value and efficiency, improving productivity and reducing
