Conclusion According to Toseland, motivation is the key to group success (p. 217) and overall we were not motivated at first. As a leader, Brianna did a good job of reminding us all that we all had journals to do (that was our main motivation), then as we delved deeper into the case study, we We were more involved than I thought. This session allowed me to appreciate how beneficial group work could be. This session made me realize how important it is to have groups for motivational purposes. Knowing that everyone was feeling exhausted made me want to participate more because I knew it would require everyone's input since we all felt the same way. As a team, we were able to help each other complete the case study and discuss what we needed to do to help
