They are forced to resort to their tricks and crammed into tiny places. The Ringling Bros. and the Barnum & Bailey Circus. are proud of the distance they travel, which can be fun, except for the part the animals cross, they are locked in a cage where they might, if they are lucky, turn around (Circuses, 2015). They do not receive the encouragement or love necessary to receive proper care. Circus animals are not properly fed or given the food they need to survive. This is important because it explains the conditions animals are subjected to just to make us laugh.
