Tattoos have been around for a while now and have always been a symbol of belonging, cultural expression or religion. Nowadays, individuals choose to get tattoos because it is part of their lifestyle or personal image. As their popularity continues to grow and they become a way of life, people are facing issues related to having visible tattoos in the job market. Although it is a form of free speech, employers have the right to enforce certain rules regarding tattoos in their business because they have a public image to uphold.
