Positive personalities contribute to success. There are many personality traits, such as openness, conscientiousness, extroversion, agreeableness, and neuroticism. For example, Steve Jobs and Tan Sri Tony Fernandes have personalities such as openness and conscientiousness. However, it is not enough to only have positive personalities, but also a good attitude.
