    My life revolves around fulfilling work. If I wasn't doing rewarding work, I don't think I would be at what I consider to be one of the highest points of my life. I think there is no purpose if there is no reward. But that’s not always what I thought. It took me a while in my life to realize this. But it started in a place I never thought it would be; on a farm. It was my willingness to work that sparked what would change my life. When I was fourteen, I was frustrated knowing that the only time I could get money was by asking my mother, which usually made her say no. I had thought about getting a job, but I was too young for most jobs, so I didn't even bother looking for one. Plus, honestly, I just wanted to lay around my house and play video games. Then, one spring afternoon, my mother brought home a summer youth job application. I immediately rejected the request because I saw that it had to do with agriculture. Weeks later, I realized again that I hated having no other source of money than asking my mother who had always said no when I asked. So I reconsidered the application...
