    Most people consider reflective thinking and writing to be the most difficult task, mainly because it involves expressing personal opinions and feelings. Reflective writing is a very important type of writing, which we encounter as people in student and professional life. It is preferred in academia because it allows students to judge their own actions and express their feelings freely. This is important in professional life because it teaches you to be self-critical, to point out your own mistakes and find a way to correct them. Additionally, when you know your own weaknesses and strengths, you will find it easy to tolerate criticism from others. Being able to express oneself objectively is a very useful quality in the business world; therefore, it can help in finding a job in an era of great competition. However, it is very difficult to express your true feelings and feelings. I used to have difficulty expressing my thoughts; even though I had a lot of things on my mind, I was never able to fully express them. And I didn't realize that could be a problem until I got into college life. So it took me a long time to develop this skill. Thoughtful thinking and writing are considered difficult to solve because it is very easy to criticize others, but judging yourself is a trivial task, but when you develop it, it helps you in all aspects of life . The importance of reflective thinking in life is undeniable; it is a quality that allows a person not only to express their feelings and thoughts, but also to find and correct their own mistakes. Reflective thinking is self-recognition, which confers empowerment, therefore reflective thinking can be seen as a key to empowerment. Now the question is how reflective thinking can be useful to people, middle of paper...... how your life should be guided by what people say, what are your goals, what are your passions are , what are your ideals, and never devalue your ideals in movements of weakness (Khan, n.d.). Reflective thinking is about recognizing your true self. Anyone who has achieved greatness, conquered the world with their skills or their power, has first conquered their mind, has first recognized their true potential. Reflective and critical thinking is actually a skill, one can call it, and an essential ingredient of success for every category of people.
