    How could one imagine what one's life would be like if it were controlled by supernaturalism? After the death of Queen Elizabeth in 1603, King James I took over. He is of the lineage of Banquo and at the time Macbeth was written, King James I was incredibly skeptical of witches. He told his judges to beware and not to be deceived by the supernatural. The play Macbeth, written by Shakespeare, was dedicated to King James I and the dedication is visible through various parts of this play. Supernaturalism, like witches and apparitions, is what inspires Macbeth to commit horrible actions. The weird witches were three old women who explained to Macbeth all the actions he had to take. When Macbeth went to visit the witches, they gave him a prophecy that read: “All hail, Macbeth! Hello, Thane of Glamis! Hello everyone, Macbeth! Hello, Thane of Cawdor!
