    2.0 INTRODUTIONIn this chapter, I have come out with three main literature review ideas that this literature review can help in order to find the answer to my research question. This literature review divided into three main parts focuses on the variety of the vegetable, the transportation of the vegetable and the price of the goods.2.1 PERLIS MARKETPerlis is the smallest state in Malaysia. It lies on the northern part of the west coast of the Malaysian Peninsula and has the Thai provinces of Satun and Songkhla on its northern border. It is bordered by the state of Kedah to the south. The official name of Perlis is Perlis Indera Kayangan. In Perlis, there are many districts, in each of the districts there is a market which sells raw foods such as vegetables, chicken, meat, fish, etc. Each district has around 2 to 3 markets each.2.2 TYPE OF VEGETABLESIn this world one can find many types of vegetables. In biological terms, “vegetables” represent members of the plant kingdom. The definition of non-organic vegetables is largely based on culinary and cultural tradition. Vegetables are most often eaten in salads or cooked in savory or savory dishes, while fruits are usually sweet dishes and used as desserts, but this is not a universal rule. This division is therefore somewhat arbitrary, based on the view of culture.
