    Over time, there has been a steady influx of weight among individuals. Historically, individuals led healthy lives, which was reflected in the way they ate and the daily work brought about by a different era and lifestyle. In today's society, nutrition and physical activity no longer have the same importance as they historically did for many individuals. The research question of interest is: Do physical activity and nutrition play a key role in maintaining a healthy lifestyle? The independent variable is the amount of healthy nutrients and physical activity that decrease the risk of obesity and weight-related health problems and increase overall healthy lifestyles.
