Essay / Do we need foreign students? - 1052
When the plane crashed into the Pentagon on September 11, 2001, the US government revealed that a well-covered terrorist organization was made up of foreign students. Martin and Midgley also point out that international students can enter the United States as students, but never enroll. Therefore, the U.S. government does not know whether foreign students are studying in the United States or not. It's a big...... middle of paper ...... Web. Oct-Nov 2011. Gardner, Phil.
