    Millions of literary writers across the world have had an immense impact and continue to impact people every day. While some authors write simply because they are good at it and never discovered their true love in life, DH Lawrence discovered his life's passion early on. No matter what he faced in his life, Lawrence was determined to write whether his audience liked his books or not. Lawrence wrote from his high school years until his death (Radell 763-771). Throughout his life, Lawrence was extremely misunderstood as a writer. However, DH Lawrence is best known today for writing "a series of novels that explore the spiritual and physical dimensions of human passion" (Radell 763). Radell also states that Lawrence is also known for his major novels and extremely detailed fictional stories (768). DH Lawrence compiled his works based on his personal life experiences and surroundings, otherwise he would have had nothing to say to his audience. Through each play written by Lawrence, he demonstrates "the humility of man as a creature who must recognize that the human self is "not the measure of creation" and that other beings completely different from humans have validity and the right to exist freely” (Radell 769). ). Lawrence felt this was one of his difficulties when writing a story. This is because he wanted his novels to mean more than just a story; he wanted it to have an impact on someone. Little did he know that he would impact thousands of people around the world over time. Through his life story, published works, and reviews of "Rocking Horse Winner," DH Lawrence is currently one of the greatest writers of his time and is now extremely respected where he was previously misunderstood.
