Teaching takes place 24/7, 365 days of professions where teachers prepare to educate and help students advance in the life. However, some teachers adopt a 24/7/365 work schedule in a different way. Parents expect teachers to do their jobs ethically and hopefully have their child's best interests in mind. But there are many situations in which teachers fail not only their students, but also the adults who entrust their children to them. A teacher's job is to shape the minds of young adults through education, but not through sexual contact with each other. I hate when a teacher makes a mistake that causes us to look at all teachers. Some teachers build productive relationships with their students and help them succeed not only in the present but also in the future. There are also teachers who go the wrong way and take advantage of the fragility of their students' minds. Teachers should be seen as a role model and not someone our children should fear and who does not have their best interests in mind. Teachers must exercise ethical judgment when creating a teacher-student relationship. I believe that teacher-student relationships can be very beneficial for young minds. Some teachers go above and beyond what is required of them and when a teacher acts ethically and morally, a teacher-student relationship is beneficial for everyone involved. Some would say that teachers spend more time with students than parents. Although a certain degree of attachment to faculty is important for students' professional socialization, excessive and/or inappropriate attachment can be intimidating due to the deferential power relationship between instructor and student. Inappropriate relationships can cause discomfort among students who are in the middle of a paper profession. But cases where teachers have been inappropriately involved in inappropriate teacher-student relationships show that many teachers do not have moral or ethical standards that they do not follow. When a teacher is selfish and does not show compassion or care to the students they have been tasked to help mentor, they cause an imbalance in how society views teachers. From the students' point of view, they have the right to be protected by those who have assumed the responsibility of teaching. When this relationship is denigrated, the student questions his or her ethical beliefs. Even if a teacher is found guilty, there is no justice for a student who has been the victim of mental and/or physical abuse. The only thing society benefits from is learning that a teacher has no moral values ​​and is hopefully removed from his profession..
