Jane's life encountered many people and events that changed the course of destiny. Right from her childhood, she went through difficulties and experienced life in a negative way. Through her life, we see Gothic and Romantic literature in the book from the encounters she has with everything from people to nature. Even though she was raised in a life of despair and abuse, she still found a way to be happy and have a good life. Throughout her life, Jane was treated poorly at Lowood School by the teachers and her family, the Reeds (which included her aunt and cousins). Jane only had a few people who really cared about her. Jane has now taken on the ideal life of her best friend Helen, who is now seen in Jane. As Jane gets to know Mr. Rochester more and more each day, we begin to see her affection for him grow. We begin to see their relationship develop as Mr. Rochester continually asks Jane paradoxical questions during their first meeting. He sees his character through his artwork because he knows a lot about the art of that era. As Jane falls in love with him, her life becomes more chaotic. Jane's interactions with Mr. Rochester's guest are important. This gives us the ideal view of the Victorian era from the perspective of the different social classes of that era. We are yelled at about how they interacted with each other and how they affected everyone around them. Mr. Rochester's guest belongs to the high class of things and sees Jane differently than she is in the eyes of the world. As Mr. Rochester later returns to Thornfild, we are introduced to Mrs. Ingram. Like when Jane first describes Mrs. Ingram and the guest, we know that there are no ordinary people and that they are... middle of paper ...... it's there that the nerve was touched and teased - that was where the fever was kept and nourished: she could not charm it" (195). Jane says she is not jealous but she feels that the thought of all the kills. She believes that Rochester is her true love. We see that later the two confess their love to each other after a failed attempt by Rochester to cheat on Jane. Although Ingram Amy has more money and more power that can relate. in Rochester we see the romance of the clash between the rich and poor classes unfold. There are many things that affect Jane's life as she interacts with other people who look down on her. that a child treated like that just because of her class Jane has now gone through everything to move forward and do what she does. believes in it. Her life made her stronger in difficult times.
