    WHAT'S WRONG WITHOUT A CHILD LEFT BEHIND Since the No Child Left Behind Act, also known as NCLB, took effect, it has caused some concern among teachers and parents about its effectiveness for students. There have been issues that needed to be addressed that were instead overlooked when a child does not meet the school's standardized tests and is pushed to the next level. Indeed, this has raised some concerns among teachers and parents about its effectiveness for students. There have been issues to resolve that have been overlooked. Because in “Is No Child Left Behind effective for all students?” » Parents don't think so, a school that fails to achieve Adequate Yearly Progress (AYP) for four years or more is considered under corrective action and the state board must make serious changes to school. In the first round of proposed waivers, 11 states applied. States had to fill out applications. These exemptions are necessary because the principle of No Child Left Behind is not respected. Laws can identify schools that need improvement based on their achievement goals.
