To be attractive to the employer, students must acquire it during school time. Nowadays, a lot of research has been conducted on "employability", which is generally considered a broader concept of skills in the workplace. As defined by the Higher Education Academy, employability is: A set of achievements (skills, understandings and personal qualities) that make graduates more likely to find employment and succeed in the professions they choose. have chosen, which benefits themselves, the workforce, the community and the economy. (HEA, 2012, p.4, based on Yorke 2006) The skills listed above are what students should develop and invest in during the study process to obtain a degree.
