  • Essay / Personal Narrative Essay: My Baking Nightmare - 1601

I took some chocolate and put them in a microwave safe bowl and microwaved it for about 20 seconds. Everything went fine, then I did it again and the microwave was making strange noises and you could see sparks of light. I opened the microwave door, took out the bowl and smelled a huge strange and unpleasant burning smell. My mother came in, smelled it and asked me what happened. I told her and she looked at the microwave and it practically exploded. We didn't know if he did it because of what I was doing or if he did it because it was time for him to die. Luckily, the chocolate was melted enough that I was able to wish Ken a happy birthday. The piping part wasn't that bad, but I definitely needed to practice more if I wanted to do it again and hand them out to people. Once I finished piping them, I put them in the freezer so they could harden. I made sure to make extra letters in case the letters broke when I tried to put them in the icing. Luckily this didn't happen and I got them all upright and perfectly fine without any problems.
