Sierra Leone, a small country located in West Africa, recently reduced its population from 4.4 million to 2 million due to a massive war that struck quite quickly. This war was a great tragedy for those who were in Sierra Leone at the time, because they were innocent and had nothing to reproach themselves for. If you dig to the core, you will find that this war was mainly caused by the diamonds present in the country. In efforts to prevent such an earthquake from happening again in this or any other country, many solutions to this problem have been proposed all over the world.
