Neurotransmitters are chemicals that help transmit signals from one nerve in the brain to another (Drinkaware). Drinking diminishes our mental acuity and judgment. Additionally, there is an increase in the development of cancers around the mouth, esophagus, throat, liver and breast (NIAA).
