We all have at least one person who makes the hairs on the back of our neck stand up. Whether it's because they're mean, annoying, or a combination of many other things, we just don't like them. Personally, I can't stand a few people, but the one person who really annoys me, I never need to see. This girl's name is Rouie. First of all, his name drives me crazy. I don't know anyone else named Rouie, so there's no other face than that of the girl I can't stand. She's two years younger than me, but about four years younger. But I didn't hate her before.
