This episode of "30 Days" Morgan Spurlock travels to a Navajo Indian reservation to try to experience modern Native American life. During the reservation, he wants to know if it is a connection to the past; a cultural escape, or is it simply a place where the rest of the world has forgotten. Morgan tells the viewer that he will live by three rules, that he will move to the reservation and become part of a Native American family. He will attempt to learn the Navajo language and assimilate all aspects of the culture. On the way to the reservation, he stops at a trading post, the last stop before arriving at the reservation. He looked at the various Native American trinkets and trinkets, and at one point he tried on a headdress. He then wonders if a Native American would have these objects in his home. During his stop at the trading post, he asks a local Native American what life on the reservation will be like for the next 30 days and what can he expect?
