    On the book (Stacy & Ronald, 8th edition, 2013, p18), it says that "the use of unlimited searches dates back to 1335." In the colonies, the English king allowed his guards to check houses using what are called warrants of assistance or more commonly known as general warrants to enter the houses of citizens and search them until 'until they find something against the citizens. According to (billofrights.org, 2010), the Four Amendment was incorporated into the Bill of Rights on December 15, 1971. The reason the Fourth Amendment was created is to protect individuals from unreasonable acts.
