Promoting and valuing diversity is nothing less than celebrating the diversity that produces promising results and opportunities. Without neglecting the associated risks, careful diversity management could transform difficult diversity issues into more positive characteristics or opportunities of an organization for growth and sustainability. I argue that celebrating diversity is not only about glorifying its benefits, but also about adopting realistic means or mechanisms to examine or manage the associated risks. Managing diversity is as essential as supporting the operations of the organization and the business as a whole. Valuing diversity means celebrating it in the workplace through concrete programs and
